Yukiguni Maitake Company, Ltd., Niigata, Japan, has been granted new Kosher Certification by Circle K Kosher Certification for its patented Maitake Extract, (U.S. Patent No. 5,854,404) sold commercially under the name of MaitakeGold404 by its U.S. sales affiliate, the Tradeworks Group Inc., Brattleboro, VT. This completes the kosher certification process for all of Yukiguni’s products, including fresh maitake, dried maitake, fruiting body powder, and now maitake extract.
